Universal Fiber Optic Lighting are the ONLY complete fiber optic lighting systems manufacturer in the United Kingdom. We are the only company in the UK that manufactures the raw glass fiber which is used in our lighting products.

Illuminators

The illuminator provides the illumination to any fiber optic lighting system. They contain the lamp and any additional control gear to provide special lighting effects.

End Fittings
Fittings for decorative and functional applications. All made in-house by UFO.
A wide range of shapes and sizes - some types serve the function of focussing and/or directing the light, while others give a purely decorative finish to the ends of the fiber.

Fiber Harnesses
Made from one or more tails of fiber optics which transmit the light from the illuminator over a distance.
They are joined together in a connector (common end) and are normally separate at the other. Harnesses may be terminated at the loose end depending on the type of fiber used.

Bulk PMMA Fiber
We can supply PMMA fiber on rolls to manufacturers and installers.
We have unsheathed and sheathed single fibers and sheathed bundles of 0.75mm fiber, normally in stock.
