Unsheathed PMMA Fiber
Universal Fiber Optics can supply high quality unsheathed single PMMA fiber on reels.
This product is lighting grade and gives good visible light transmission and flexibility.
Universal Fiber Optics are the approved Mitsubishi polymer lighting fiber distributor for the UK.
We also make unsheathed single core fiber in 0.25mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm active diameters.

Operation Temperature Range: -55°C to +70°C in low humidity; <60°C at 95% RH (attenuation change is within 10% after 1000 hours except for that due to absorbed water). Please note that fiber can become brittle at lower temperatures.
